Had a lovely Easter getaway with the fam! The location was on point, with amazing views of the Strait. And there was plenty of parking space for all of us. Plus, we were stoked about the ample private parking in front of the place.

But, gotta be real, there were a few letdowns. The wooden terrace was sketchy – it was rotting in some spots and the floor felt wobbly.

I was delighted with the comfortable and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was beautifully done, with charming touches that made it feel like a real home. The general areas of the hotel were spacious and easy to navigate, especially for senior people like myself. And the children working there were always helpful and friendly, making sure that everything was accessible and enjoyable for all guests.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms. This would provide extra support and safety, especially for those of us who may need a little assistance.

The room at 11 Glyn Garth Mews was super cozy and inviting. It felt like a home away from home with its warm atmosphere and comfortable furnishings. The two bathrooms, one with a bath or shower and the other with just a shower, were a nice touch, giving us options for our morning routines. As a laid-back trekker, I appreciated the relaxed vibes this room had to offer.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower-only bathroom. But hey, to each their own!
